This large and spacious apartment offers three en-suite bedrooms, a good sized living / dining, a fully equipped kitchen and an outside relaxing area with sauna. It comfortably sleeps 6 people but there is the possibility to make 2 of the bedrooms into triples so it could accommodate 7 – 8 guests. It is situated just outside the village centre in a peaceful part of St.Anton so ideal for families. Whilst it is about a 9 – 10 minutes walk to the lifts the apartment is served by the free ski bus which drops you right by the lifts – so no need to walk at all. In the evenings if you wish to go to the centre to eat or drink we include in the price a free taxi every evening to the centre and also back again.
The tastefully decorated living room has a large corner sofa with a good sized flat screen HD TV. There is high speed internet and the local cable TV channels. The living area is very well lit by the large picture window and glass door that leads out onto the relaxation terrace. The dining table has seating for 6 people and is between the kitchen and living area. All plates, cutlery and glasses are supplied.
The fully tiled kitchen is equipped with everything that you need – dishwasher, oven & hob, large fridge freezer, toaster, egg steamer, coffee maker & kettle. There is a overhead extractor above the hob and plenty of storage space. All cooking utensils and cooking bowls etc are supplied.
There are three large bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and plenty of wardrobe space. The first bedroom can be used as a twin or a double, there is a good sized shower room with wash basin and toilet. The second large bedroom has a large bathroom with wash basin and toilet as well as a full sized bath with shower attachment and shower screen. It can be used as either a double or a twin and could have a third single bed added to make it a triple. The third bedroom is again large and able to be either a double, a twin or triple bedroom. There is a large en-suite shower room with wash basin and toilet. There is also a separate toilet in off the large hallway.
Outside there is a large relaxation area with a private sauna for the use of guests. There is also car parking right outside for two cars.
